Ingredients
- 1 pcs Egg (55g)
- 3 pcs Egg white (111g)
- 3 tbsp Oat flour (21g)
- 1 tsp Fiberfin (21g)
- 2.5 tbsp Pofiber (25g)
- 1 pcs Tomato (95g)
- 100 g Plenty of vegetables
- 4 slices Lean cold cuts (44g)
- 3 slices Cheese, light 16% fat (39g)
Method
- Pofiber can be bought at health food stores, is naturally gluten-free, and makes the batter swell more so it's more filling. But if you don't want to use it, you can replace it with oat flour.
- Whisk the egg whites until foamy. Mix the egg, Pofiber, oat flour and Fiberfin into a dough and add a little water. Fold the dough into the egg whites and spread the batter out over a sheet of baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Take out the base and add the toppings. Bake again until the cheese has melted.
- Season the dough with a little salt, garlic powder and oregano.
