Ingredients

  • 1 pcs Egg (55g)
  • 3 pcs Egg white (111g)
  • 3 tbsp Oat flour (21g)
  • 1 tsp Fiberfin (21g)
  • 2.5 tbsp Pofiber (25g)
  • 1 pcs Tomato (95g)
  • 100 g Plenty of vegetables
  • 4 slices Lean cold cuts (44g)
  • 3 slices Cheese, light 16% fat (39g)

Method

  1. Pofiber can be bought at health food stores, is naturally gluten-free, and makes the batter swell more so it's more filling. But if you don't want to use it, you can replace it with oat flour.
  2. Whisk the egg whites until foamy. Mix the egg, Pofiber, oat flour and Fiberfin into a dough and add a little water. Fold the dough into the egg whites and spread the batter out over a sheet of baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Take out the base and add the toppings. Bake again until the cheese has melted.
  3. Season the dough with a little salt, garlic powder and oregano.
