Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Tuna in water (70g)
- 1 can Tuna, thai chili, King Oscar (85g)
- 1 pcs Spring onion (19g)
- 1 bag Spinach, raw (36g)
- 5 pcs Sugar snap peas (18g)
- 1 medium Carrot (80g)
- 0.5 pcs Bell pepper (73g)
- 0.5 can Corn (80g)
- 1 pcs Egg (55g)
- 1 serving Sauce/dressing (1g)
- 1 dl Pasta (30g)
Method
- Use a bag of baby spinach, or another leafy salad you prefer.
- Boil an egg (hard-boiled to your liking) and cook the pasta (macaroni works well). Chop the vegetables and mix the different ingredients together (including the tuna). Then stir in the macaroni and top the salad with a chopped hard-boiled egg. Add plenty of fresh herbs if you like for extra flavor!
- Feel free to make your own salad dressing from: 2 dl olive oil, 1 dl lemon juice, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp honey. Use 1 tbsp of the finished sauce for the salad. If you choose to use another ready-made sauce/dressing, one serving comes to about 30 calories.
